All “reports” are saying is that Eto’o is “negotiating” with Citeh, who are willing to pay us around 30m for him. Citeh is aiming to make him the highest-paid player in the Prem, supplanting their own Robinho, who is presently the highest-paid player in the Prem.

Meanwhile, Benzema might be back in play. Again, who the hell knows where this stuff is coming from, but apparently, when asked to name a “realistic” price for the striker, 30m was the number being bandied about, which Aulas would be prepared to accept.

Now, I need hip waders to get through the bullshit of that one. As if Aulas, who is almost as difficult to deal with as Sevilla’s Del Nido, would sell Benzema, one of the hottest properties in Europe, for 30m.

Hell no Hleb won’t learn Spanish. He has to learn English properly first. It is always a problem if you aren’t even great at the language you are using to learn Spanish off of lol. I assume it’s a English to Spanish thing for Hleb, which doesn’t seem to be working out lol. No offense Hleb lol but your English has to improve first.

Hell, Felipe has even started to learn Catalan. After reading a new interview by him every day, it will be disappoiting if he doesnt come. Greedy Presidents. Ruining our quest for domination, 1 transfer at a time

On another note, does anyone think Hleb will learn some Spanish by the time the new season rolls around? Hopefully he does, if he stays, that is.

I like Laporta’s use of the Catalan word “seny.” It’s not only sensible, but implies a depth of logic that dictates our signings. We’ll pay a lot, but it has to make a LOT of sense.

I think that our best option will be to sit tight and see how club presidents feel about players that no longer want to be there (la saga Arshavin). Then pounce. Arsenal have mastered that tactic.
