awesome, would LOOXXXXXVE to get Ribery. Meantime I second Isaiah, anyone gaming out any not-win scenario at the bernabeu this weekend–SHUT UP!!!!! We can win this and must, should win this, and that’s all.

I thought the “highly reliable” phrase would give away my extreme sarcasm.

I would consider any Barca win over EE ‘for great justice’. Of course, that wouldn’t be ENTIRELY accurate with respect to the original AYB, but hey, whatever works right? :)

Somebody set up you the Yaya!

€25million plus Hleb or Eidur for Ribery.
    Interesting.
I wonder is he the player that we need? Henry still probably has another good season in him. Iniesta is awesome from the left wing. I do like the option to have an alternative right winger for when Messi needs a rest anyway.
I still think we need a strong but technically good central midfielder to replace Gudjohnsen so that we do not lose out when Iniesta is playing as a forward.

Would you give Caceres at least one half against RM so that he can get some experience under pressure before the match against Chelsea?

Plus I’d like to see Iniesta on Henry’s position because he seriously should be rested for Chelsea and therefore Hleb in the midfield. It’s his birthday today and I think Hleb has continously improved in his last appearances. Imagine Hleb to score the winner in Bernabeu, that would be awesome :)

Messi has been very quiet the last few games. Not sure if it is cos he is tired or maybe all the pressure of competing for 3 trophies or maybe it is as simple as a drop in form. What I do know is that we need him now more than ever so i hope whatever it is he snaps out of it. 2 games. 2 games that can make or break a season. Messi can be a very big factor in this. Let us all hope he does what we all know he is capable of….Messi to score at the Bernabeu and at Stamford Bridge :)

I wouldn’t consider EMD “highly reliable,” unless you were being sarcastic. I find it difficult to believe, relationships aside, that Bayern would, given the big payday that Ribery is likely to bring, agree to sell him for what they paid for him, plus Hleb or Gudjohnsen. It sort of boggles the mind. Not that Hleb or Gudjohnsen aren’t quality players, I just can’t believe they wouldn’t want at least 40 million for Ribery.

I don’t trust EMD as far as I can throw it, frankly. Expect to see the denials from Txiki, Laporta et al. very soon.

Next two matches: 1-1. This appears to be a dip like the one we had all February, but the matches are too important to lose.
