  Hahahahaha! I love the second line-up — but I question whether Barca fans would want Gudjohnsen on the pitch at all. (Why haven’t we sold that fat Icelandic waste of space, anyway?) They’d probably prefer Dos Santos or Krkic

  Re: the second panel – it’s funny because it’s true.

  They’re a tad unfair on Capello, though. The Madrid press in particular are all keen to jump up and down going ‘omg Schuster is going to play 2 strikers!1!!!’ but he did frequently have at least Raul, RvN, Higuain on the pitch at the same time. It’s a neat bit of revisionist history, really.

  Heh heh. Replace Gudjohnsen with Bojan, and the second formation would be a dream come true.

  Jose Mourinho has used the “team bus in front of the opponent’s goal” excuse a couple times.
