Come celebrate our first anniversary with us at the Barcelona Offside!

Exactly one year ago, Pedro introduced “a multi-headed Barcelona blogging chimera” that would take charge of the Barcelona Offside and bring it out of hiding.

Come in, have a cupcake... I hope you appreciate all the trouble I went into to find blaugrana sprinkles!

The chimera has lost and won heads over these twelve months (Joan and Bram said goodbye, we co-opted a nice fellow call Brandon this summer), so at the moment it’s five of us here annoying you all week: Pedro (the serious one who hosts the LiveBlogs, and the reason we keep calling Pedrito ‘Pedrito’), Cameron (who believes in Bojan scoring and likes to pose in his Barça kit in the snow), Ramzi (the Messi to our Barça, in charge of Champions League previews and thorny subjets), Brandon (our newest victim blogger, who does not yet know what he’s gotten himself into), and yours truly, Ade (you may remember me from movies such as “Team Yaya” and “Maxwell’s hair is so shiny… but I like him for his footballing skills!”).

We want to thank you, all of you, loyal readers, for being with us in the highs and the lows. From conquering the Club World Club and seeing Pep cry to the Remuntada That Wasn’t and the Liga of The 99 Points (and Madrid Ain’t One!), you’ve been here to read our ramblings, contradict our opinions, and chat with us in our LiveBlogs, and that is for us an even bigger reward than to have a place to hear ourselves talk. Or see ourselves write. Whatever!

Sappy stuff aside, it’s time for presents! More specifically, for you to give us a present! (well, it is *our* anniversary, isn’t it?) We would like you, dear readers, passers-by, and even madridistas, to give us your honest opinion.

We want to know what you want to see in this blog, what we’re missing, what we should’ve thought of before but didn’t because we were too busy compiling a post with all of Pep’s neckties. Do you want more news? Less news? Gossip? (I can do that) Shirtless pics? (I can totally do that) Exhaustively researched tactical analysis? (Someone else can do that) Transfer rumours? (please say no, pleasesayno!) Caption contests? More information on the boys of Barça B?

Whatever it is you want, whatever it is that will keep you coming back to visit us often, please tell us, we’re all ears! (like Rosell! Ba-dum-psh). Don’t be shy, we’ve never bitten a commenter before…
