Al-Ahly 0 – 4 Barcelona – Bojan Krkic scores

I don’t know about you guys, but seeing Barcelona’s latest and greatest wonderkid, Bojan Krkic Perez, make his debut as well as grab his first goal just sends shivers down my spine. I won’t go into great detail about the match (one of Al-Ahly’s centenary matches), but here’s a link to FC Barcelona Blog’s description of the game. Bojan obviously has some skills, but so does Saviola, who scored the first and set up the second. If he doesn’t deserve at least a contract offer, who does? The man is good, at least offer him something he can reject…Apparently Mallorca are making him an offer and that won’t be the last team to do so.

Eto’o was clinical in front of goal with two strikes at the end, which was nice to see. Hopefully this will translate into some momentum heading into Sunday’s game against relegation-zone Levante (1pm EST). After all, points are points at this stage…
